Bankai:

Name: Fuku Kara Za Fuchi Orochi(Crawl from the Abyss, King of Snakes)

Abilities: It ability are a lot like Ichigo Bankai where all his spiritual pressure is form together into one form . Gauntlet is use for both attack and defence they also use for two very powerful attack. The Armor around the body help protect the body from the Strain of the speed Sano can now move. The blue Shades on his head are for his eyes can keep up with his body new speed and help him see other people Spiritual pressure.

Hemeras Sonido - using the speed even faster then the flash-step Sano can make clones of himself

Reitama(Spirit shot) - Sano punch with the Gauntlet sending out a beam of Spiritual energy in slape of a snake that can move, but can be dodge, when hit it can do from minor to major damage

Pyuareidoku(Pure Spirit Poison) - this is Sano Bankai Ultimate attack, after calling out it name Sano then slam his two Guantlets together which in turn relesae a type of fog from all over his armor, the range of this attack depend on the amount of spiritual pressure put into it from 10 feet to 5 mile(but in that range it is less danger) the fog is a type of air bound poison that effect any and ever thing that takes it in. Like Reidoku it numbs the body but it move much faster and effect the who body(like the heart and lungs slowing them down and then stoping them) and unlike the Reidoku it dose not wear off, only Sano has the Vaccine for the poison. It effect ever part of the body starting with the amrs and legs it then slowly move from there to every part of the body. It is more of a last resost attack use when the out come of the battle is unknow to even Sano, that way even if Sano was to fall in battle his emeny would not be far behind him.

Appearance: Sano Bankai dose not form a huge monster or anything like that. it form around Sano arms forming Gauntlet from the hands to his shoulder, it also form a type of armor around Sano body. The Armor is more to protect Sano not from attack but from the large amount of Spiritual Pressure that the Bankai put on the body. It also from blue like shades around his eyes

Bankai Initiation: Sano hold his Zanpaktou out then said BANKAI the sword then warp around Sano
making a blight light and a explodes as the dusk setter Sano stand with his new Armor

Efficency: It lets Sano use his Hakuda at it max. putting all his Spiritual Pressure into his armor his power is put in speed alluding him to move at high speed, making other flash-step outside of bankai look as throe they are standing still. The Gauntlet are use to block attack and use to use his bankai power Reitama and Teihou.

Hmm...since your Shikai was snake like, you think your bankai would be more like a snake, or atleast have snake properties.....
